This course is a more challenging course designed for students with advanced thinking skills and a high level of interest in science. The class is lab oriented with a variety of performance tasks used. The content areas include: cell biochemistry, cell processes, heredity, natural selection, environmental issues and diversity. Tennessee Gateway Exam required.
