This is a course designed to introduce the student to the manufacturing industry's drafting standards. Course content emphasizes the integration of academic subjects such as English and Geometry. This course is intended for the student who is seriously considering a career in engineering, architecture or any type of drafting. Membership in Skills USA is encouraged. Course: Computer-Aided Drafting II (CAD II)

Prerequisite: CAD I


This is a continuation of CAD I with an emphasis on advanced software commands and methods of drafting. Math skills are a must. Membership in Skills USA is encouraged. Engineering Academy Requirement.

Prerequisite: CAD I


This course is designed for students to explore the nature of engineering and the skills fundamental to all engineering fields. Emphasis is placed on actual projects and presentations allowing for the integration of academic subjects such as English and Mathematic. Membership in Skills USA is encouraged.
